Paying tribute

I've written here and elsewhere about my admiration for the late John M. Ford (if you've ever scrolled down far enough, the epigraph of this blog is by him, and I've occasionally convinced people to buy one of his books either with bribes or not-so-veiled threats). That's why it's particularly nice to get a (mostly) positive review from a fellow Ford fan; it's also why I was so happy to see the appreciation of Ford's career in the latest issue of Locus. I particularly agree with his final words: "John M. Ford is one of the easiest writers for the critic to provide a recommendation on: start anywhere, and read."
