Finally, a review of Ten Plagues. GUD's Kaolin Fire calls my story Jump, Frog! "an amusing old science tale" written in "a very believable voice." That pretty much sums up my hopes for that story, so it's nice to hear it worked for one reviewer.

A little more Time
Two pieces of news about "When We Have Time" today: first off a review in The Fix which says "it’s easy to imagine the events that unfold really happening in some not-too-distant future." The reviewer, Nicole McClain, has lots of nice things to say about the other stories in Triangulation: End of Time as well.
Following that, the story begins its second life in Space and Time, whose 102nd issue is now on sale. It's jam-packed with good stuff and well worth a look... after forty years (!) of publication, they must be doing something right!

The gift that keeps on giving
Two reprint sales to start the year: "Outside Chance" to Afterburn SF and "When We Have Time" to Space & Time. The latter isn't exactly a reprint, since I first sold it to that magazine almost five years ago; when S&T shut down I started shopping it around again, finally landing it at Triangulation: End of Time. Finally new editor Hildy Silverman, trooper that she is, decided to take it anyway, and it's now destined for issue #102.
